When you complete the enquiry form, correspond with us, or commission a project, you may provide your name, the nature of your project, your message, and other details you choose to share about your property and your requirements. During a commission you may also share site plans, survey data, photographs, ownership and access details and preferences relevant to the design.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours may collect limited technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your device type, browser, approximate region and how you navigate the site. Information from third parties. Where relevant to a commission, we may receive information from parties you introduce, such as surveyors, architects or contractors, or from publicly available property records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it. Enquiry information that does not lead to a commission is kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized. Project records are retained for the duration of the commission and for a reasonable period afterward to support warranties, portfolio use, accounting and legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted or archived. Where the law sets a minimum retention period, we follow it.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, including access controls, reputable software providers and careful handling of project files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.
